中国海洋文化研究历程回顾与展望

摘要

The reports to The 18th National Congress of the CPC have already included the strategies of building a maritime power in the national development strategies in which marine culture and marine in‐dustry construction will play a more important role .The 21st century is a century of ocean ,so more and more scholars have explored how to develop and exploit the resources of marine culture at both the national and regional levels .The paper studied the literature of research on Chinese marine culture from two per‐spectives :a) marine culture promoted the construction of maritime power ;b) marine culture propelled the economic development in coastal regions .In the paper a general picture of the studies on marine culture in China was presented ,and reference for further promoting the construction of maritime power was provid‐ed .%党的十八大报告已然将建设海洋强国战略纳入国家发展战略，在这其中，建设与中国海洋强国战略相适应的海洋文化和海洋文化产业将发挥更加有力的推进器作用。21世纪是海洋的世纪，全球掀起了蓝色浪潮，学术界各类涉海的研究风起云涌，学者们分别从全国层面和区域层面对海洋文化的开发和利用进行探讨，涌现出大量具有真知灼见的成果。文章回顾了国内海洋文化研究方面的文献，从海洋文化促进海洋强国建设的宏观视野，海洋文化推动沿海地区经济发展的微观视野的研究为线索加以梳理，以期对我国海洋文化研究有一个概貌性的呈现，为进一步推动我国海洋强国战略和海洋文化建设提供参考。
