目的 观察清单制管理在降低危重患者院间长途转运不良事件中的效果.方法 将2014年1～12月符合院间长途转运标准的258例危重患者作为对照组,2015年1～12月261例作为观察组.对照组采取常规转运核查方法,观察组设计核查清单,转运护士根据清单逐项核查,比较两组转运中与仪器设备相关、与急救药品相关、与患者管路相关的不良事件发生率.结果 观察组仪器设备功能障碍、氧气不足、电量不足、急救药品不足、导管堵塞等转运不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).在药品过期方面,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 清单制管理能有效降低危重患者长途转运中转运不良事件的发生率,为安全转运提供保障.%Objective To observe the effect of checklist in reducing adverse events during long distance inter-hospital transport of the critically ill.Methods A total of 258 critically ill patients who met the inclusion criteria in 2014 were assigned to the control group and received conventional check before transport,while their counterparts in 2015 (n=261) were assigned to the observation group and were given self-designed checklist for check before transport.Results The incidence rates of adverse events such as equipment dysfunction,insufficient oxygen supply,electricity shortages,deficiency of first-aid medications,and catheter obstruction,in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.05,P＜0.01),while no significant difference in incidence of expired drugs was found between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Use of checklist can effectively reduce adverse events in long distance inter hospital transport of critically ill patients and ensure safe transport.
