肿瘤晚期患者PICC术后局部按摩预防肢体肿胀

摘要

Objective To prevent limb swelling after PICC placement in patients with advanced tumor.Methods A total of 125 patients with advanced tumor were randomized into a control group of 60 and an experimental group of 65,receiving either routine care or nine-step limb massage.The effect was evaluated after 30 days of intervention.Results Limb swelling was observed in 1 patient in the experimental group and 8 patients in the control group,1 of whom in the control group had thrombosis.The incidence of limb swelling was significantly different between the two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Standard local massage performed after PICC placement can effectively prevent limb swelling in patients with advanced tumor.%目的 预防肿瘤晚期患者PICC置管后肢体肿胀.方法 将125例肿瘤晚期患者随机分为对照组60例、观察组65例;对照组PICC置管后行常规护理;观察组在此基础上设计9步肢体按摩法为患者按摩.连续30 d后评价效果.结果 观察组发生1例肢体肿胀,无血栓形成者;对照组发生8例肢体肿胀,其中1例血栓形成.两组肢体肿胀发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对行PICC置管的肿瘤晚期患者,术后即行规范化肢体按摩,可有效预防肢体肿胀发生.
