“治未病”理念下杭州市社区护士对老年痴呆症健康教育能力的调查

         

摘要

目的:了解基于“治未病”理念下杭州市社区护士对老年痴呆症健康教育能力现状,为全面提升杭州市社区护士老年痴呆症健康教育能力提供循证依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对杭州市353名社区护士进行调查。结果杭州市社区护士对老年痴呆症的健康教育能力接近“基本符合”水平,执行健康教育维度得分最高,评估健康教育维度最低。影响社区护士对患者实施健康教育的前3位因素是:患者对健康教育知识的需求,护士对疾病知识掌握情况和护士的沟通能力。结论杭州市社区护士基于“治未病”理念对老年痴呆症患者的健康教育能力偏低,社区应为护士提供相关知识和技能的培训,加强网络信息化建设,为其提供健康教育资源。%Objective To survey the current state of community nurses ’ health education capability for dementia based on preventive treatment of disease in Hangzhou and provide evidence-based reference for improving their health education capability on dementia. Methods Totally 353 community nurses in Hangzhou was investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results The community nurses’ health education capability for dementia in Hangzhou was in average level. The highest score was from implementation of health education while the lowest assessment. The top three factors influencing nurses ’ capability to educate their patients were patients’ demand for health educational information, nurses’ knowledge of the disease and their communication skills. Conclusion Community nurses’ health education ability for dementia in Hangzhou based on preventive treatment of disease remains poor. Relevant education and training should be provided for community nurses through strengthening the technology of network.
