Objective To explore the method and effect of nursing risk management in neonatal ward. Methods Aimed at the risk factors, a group of nursing risk management was established , rules, regulations and work flow were improved,and nurses'professional training was strengthened. Results After the implementation of nursing risk management in neonatal ward ,the incidence of indwelling needle out of blood vessel ,the fluid extravasation and the red buttock were significantly reduced (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05 ), and parents' satisfaction to nursing was increased. Conclusion Implementing nursing risk management in neonatal ward can reduce nursing errors and increase parents'satisfaction to nursing.%目的 探讨新生儿病区护理风险管理的方法与效果.方法 针对新生儿病区的安全隐患,建立了风险管理小组;完善规章制度和工作流程;加强护士的专业技能培训.结果 实施护理风险管理后留置套管针脱出、液体外渗、臀红发生率降低,新生儿家长对护理工作满意度提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05).结论 新生儿病区实施护理风险管理可以降低护理缺陷、提高新生儿家长对护理工作的满意度.
