北京市某山区孕产妇系统管理状况调查与分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the status of maternal systematic management in a mountainous area of Beijing,explore the existing problems and provide references for improving the quality of maternal systematic management services. Methods A maternal systematic management data from 2005 to 2007 of 400 cases of pregnant/labored women in a mountainous area of Beijing was analyzed retrospectively. Results The rate of maternal systematic management was 77.75％.The cases who were multipara, above 35 - year - old or only had junior high school education ( or lower) were lower managed. Conclusion The level of the maternal systematic management in the mountainous areas should be further improved and some groups should be targeted so as to promote the health of mothers and babies.%目的 了解北京市某山区孕产妇系统管理的状况及存在问题,为改进和完善山区孕产妇系统管理提供科学依据.方法 对2005年至2007年间某山区400例孕产妇系统管理数据进行回顾性分析.结果 孕产妇系统管理率为77.75%,经产妇、≥35岁、文化程度为初中及以下的孕产妇其系统管理率低.结论 应进一步提高山区孕产妇系统管理水平,确定重点管理人群,以促进母婴健康.
