ICU后综合征评估工具的研究进展

摘要

The incidence of Post-Intensive Care syndrome was increasing year by year,which negative effects on patients and their fam?ilies were becoming prominent.It was particularly important to early screen and accurately diagnosis Post-Intensive Care syndrome in order to timely discovery Post-Intensive Care syndrome and conduct targeted treatment.The article summarized that common tools' research back?ground,evaluation methods,scope of application,clinical application status and the merits and demerits,which aspects included cognition, psychology and physiology,so as to develop Chinese characteristic assessment tools of Post-Intensive Care syndrome.%ICU后综合征发病率逐年增高,给患者及家属带来的一系列负面影响日渐突出.为了及时发现ICU后综合征的出现,并能有针对性的治疗,ICU后综合征的早期筛查和精确诊断显得尤为重要.文章归纳了ICU后综合征患者认知方面、心理方面、生理方面等常用评估工具的研究背景、评价方法、适用范围、临床应用现状及优缺点,并为开发具有我国特色的ICU后综合征评估工具进行展望.
