基因组SSR与EST-SSR标记在杨树不同种间的遗传差异

         

摘要

为探讨基因组SSR与EST-SSR标记在杨树不同种间的遗传差异,采用两种SSR标记技术对来自5个杨树不同派间不同种的15份材料进行了遗传分析,并对两种不同标记方法进行分析比较.结果表明:EST-SSR标记相比基因组SSR在杨树不同种间具有更好的通用性,而且EST-SSR位点整体揭示的遗传多样度高于基因组SSR位点;同时,聚类分析结果表明EST-SSR标记能更准确地反映出不同杨树种间的遗传差异和亲缘关系.%A study was conducted to explore the genetic differences between genomic-SSR and EST-SSR in different species of poplar. The genetic diversity of 15 samples from 5 different poplar sections was analyzed by two types of SSR markers. The two marker techniques were compared aiming to provide a theoretical basis for genetic research of poplar. Results show that, compared with genomic-SSR, EST-SSR markers were superior in versatility for different species of poplar, and EST-SSR loci revealed higher overall levels of genetic diversity than genomic-SSR loci. Moreover, the result of cluster analysis indicated that EST-SSR markers could accurately reflect the genetic difference and relationships between different species of poplar.
