不同育苗基质对须弥红豆杉移栽后生长的影响

         

摘要

A comparative experiment was conducted to examine the effects of different nursery substrates on the growth of transplanted Taxus wallichiana var. Willichiana at Iijiang Municipality in northwest Yunnan Province. Substrates applied during seedling cultivation were humus soil, red soil, red soil plus humus soil (volume ratio 1 : 1) , and peat. The multi-index evaluation method was used to assess the comprehensive effects of the four types of substrates. Results demonstrated that nursery substrates had a significant impact on the growth of transplanted T. Wallichiana var. Willichiana (P<0. 001) . Responses of diameter at ground level, seedling height, aboveground fresh weight, root fresh weight and biomass of the whole plant to different types of substrates did not keep consistent. A comprehensive evaluation of the enhancement of the substrates on the growth of the transplanted T. Wallichiana var. Willichiana was made by means of five growth indices. The scores for red soil plus humus soil, humus soil, red soil, and peat were 4. 588 , 4. 074, 2. 823 and 0, respectively.%在滇西北须弥红豆杉的主要天然分布区丽江市,选择生产上广泛使用的腐殖土、红壤土等进行了育苗效果对比试验,并采用综合评分法评价基质对苗木移栽后生长指标的影响.结果显示:幼苗期(育苗盘育苗阶段)使用的不同基质,对移栽后须弥红豆杉苗木的生长仍然具有极显著影响(P<0.001),且地径,苗高,地上部分、根鲜质量和全株生物量等生长指标,对不同育苗基质的响应不一致;结合5个观测指标的综合评分法,得到4种基质对促进须弥红豆杉苗木后期生长由优至劣的顺序为V(红壤土):V(腐殖土)=1:1(4.588)、腐殖土(4.074)、红壤土(2.823)、丹麦泥炭基质(0).
