杂种卡特兰‘3G’不同花期香气成分的 GC/MS 分析

         

摘要

The experiment was conducted to analyze aroma components and volatile changes in different florescence of Cattleya hybrids‘3G’ by solid phase micro-extraction and GC/MS.156 components were tested in the florescence of‘3G’ inclu-ding 59 components at bud stage, 58 at first flowering stage, 79 at flowering stage and 53 at declining period.With the flower blooming and senescence, the types and contents of aroma components are the highest in flowering stage, and with the organoleptic evaluation, the aroma quality and content are the highest.From the combination of organoleptic evaluation and GC/MS, the alcohol and alkenes are the most important compounds for‘3G’ volatile.3,7-dimethyl-1,3,6-Octatriene, 1,6-Octadien-3-ol,3,7-dimethyl-and 6-Octen-1-ol,3,7-dimethyl-(R)-are the characteristic constituents of aroma.%采用固相微萃取与GC/MS(气相色谱/质谱联用)分析技术,测定了杂种卡特兰‘3G’不同花期挥发性香气成分及其质量分数,并对其中的变化进行探讨。从杂种卡特兰‘3G’花朵中共检测到156种挥发性物质,其中花蕾期有59种、始花期有58种、盛花期有79种、衰落期有53种;盛花期具香气成分的种类和质量分数最多,在感官评定上,杂种卡特兰‘3G’在盛花期花朵香气最为浓郁。从感官分析与GC/MS的测试结果综合判断,杂种卡特兰‘3G’的香气成分主要以醇类和烯类为主,3,7-二甲基-1,3,6-辛三烯、3,7-二甲基-1,6-辛二烯-3-醇、(R)-3,7-二甲基-6-辛烯醇是其特征香气成分。
