滇东喀斯特石漠化地区不同植被模式土壤酶活性与有机碳1)

         

摘要

为探讨喀斯特石漠化地区植被对土壤质量的改良作用,以裸地为对照,利用冗余分析法,对滇东喀斯特石漠化地区4种不同植被模式、不同层次的土壤酶活性以及有机碳质量分数的关系。结果表明:(1)各植被模式下土壤有机碳质量分数及酶活性均表现为土壤表层最高,针阔混交林模式和灌草模式对提高土壤有机碳质量分数及酶活性的作用较显著;(2)研究区土壤有机碳与过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶、脲酶、多酚氧化酶呈极显著的正相关关系,与淀粉酶存在显著的正相关关系,相关系数与其在RDA (冗余分析)排序图中的夹角变化规律一致;(3)在RDA排序图中,生境由有机碳质量分数较低的针叶林模式过渡到有机碳质量分数较高的灌草模式和针阔混交林模式时,在有机碳质量分数较高的生境中,过氧化氢酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶、多酚氧化酶活性也较高。 RDA排序图直观展示了土壤中各种酶活性对土壤有机碳的敏感强度,因此,可作为探索土壤环境因子与酶活性内在关系的新视角。%In order to discuss the amelioration of vegetation on soil quality in rocky⁃desertification area of karst, compared with the bare land, we used redundancy analysis to study the relationship between enzyme activity and organic carbon content of different soil levels under four kinds of different vegetation model in Rocky⁃desertification areas of the Karst in eastern part of Yunnan Province. Soil organic carbon content and enzyme activity in the topsoil were the highest between different vege⁃tation models. The mode of coniferous and broad⁃leaved mixed forest and the mode of shrub and grass significantly in⁃creased the organic carbon content and enzyme activity of soil. In the study area, the organic carbon content and catalase, sucrase, urease, polyphenol oxidase activity of soil were extremely significantly positive correlation, the organic carbon content and amylase activity of soil were significantly positive correlation, and the coefficient of correlation was consistent with the angle change rule in the sequence diagram of RDA. In sequence diagram of RDA, when the habitat transition from the mode of coniferous forest whose organic carbon content was low to the mode of shrub and grass, and the mode of conif⁃erous and broad⁃leaved mixed forest whose organic carbon content was high, and in the habitat with high organic carbon content, the catalase, urease and sucrase and polyphenol oxidase activity were also high. Sequence diagram of RDA direct⁃ly showed the sensitive intensity of various enzyme activity to soil organic carbon.
