番茄果实中番茄红素含量与主要数量性状相关性及通径分析

         

摘要

试验对由高色素番茄和加工番茄配制的15个杂交组合的11个主要数量性状与番茄红素含量进行相关性及通径分析.结果表明,果实横径和心室数与番茄红素含量呈极显著负相关;果实纵径和单果重与番茄红素含量呈显著性负相关;单序果数与番茄红素含量呈显著性正相关.果实横径、心室数和单果重对番茄红素含量的直接通经系数与遗传相关系数方向相同,均为负值;单序果数与番茄红素含量的直接通经系数与遗传相关系数方向相反,均为正值.所以应选择心室数少、单果重小和单株结果少的材料作为选育材料的目标.%Analysis on correlation and path analysis between lycopene content and 11 principal quantitative traits of tomato (Solanum /ycopersicum) fruit from 15 crossed lines by high pigment tomato materials and processing tomatoes was carried out, respectively. The results showed that there was a highly significantly negative correlation between lycopene content and transverse diameter or ventricle number, and significantly negative correlation between lycopene content and vertical diameter or single fruit weight. The study showed that there was a significantly positive correlation between lycopene content and the number of fruits per inflorescence. The genetic correlation coefficients and direct path coefficients were all below zero between lycopene content and fruit transverse diameter, ventricle number, or single fruit weight; but had a positive value when compared between lycopene content and the number of fruits per inflorescence. So the targets would be materials with littler ventricular, littler fruit weight and single plant yield.
