兴凯湖水体中微生物菌群生态分布的初步研究

         

摘要

The typical Northeast lake Xingkai Lake was chosen as the representative. And the distributions of four kinds of physiological groups of bacteria ammonifying bacteria (AB), denitrifying rnbacteria (DNB), organic phosphorus decomposing bacteria (OPB), inorganic phosphorus decomposing bacteria (IPB) in the water body of Xingkai Lake were studied form Jan.2010 to Oct.2010 in the lab. The results indicated the seasonal mutative regularity of the microorganisms were obvious. The amount of AB, OPB and IPB in winter and autumn were lower than that of spring and summer, also the number of DNB were higher in August and October, and the average were 3.2×104, 1.1×106 MPN · mL-1, respectively. Besides, there were big differences about the number of microbial flora between different sampling sites.%运用实验室培养方法,于2010年1~10月调查了东北典型湖库兴凯湖水体中4种功能菌群:氨化细菌(AB)、反硝化细菌(DNB)、有机磷分解菌(OPB)和无机磷溶解菌(IPB)的分布特征.结果表明,4种细菌生理类群的分布存在明显的季节变化规律,其中冬季和秋季水体中AB、OPB和IPB的数量低于春季和夏季,而DNB则是在8月份和10月份菌体数量较高,其平均值分别为3.2×104、1.1×105 MPN·mL-1.此外,不同采样点间细菌生理类群数量也存在较大差异性.
