In this paper,through the analysis of the therapeutic effect of Urapidil Hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with hypertension inperioperative period,draws a conclusion:The urapidil hydrochloride was used in the treatment of hypertensionpatients during perioperative period,can effectively and safely reduceblood pressure, adverse reaction to produce less,can make themyocardial ischemia symptoms of the patients were improved significantly,contribute to the improvement of cardiac function in patients with.It is worth promoting in clinical practice.%本文通过观察盐酸乌拉地尔在围术期高血压治疗中的效果，得出将盐酸乌拉地尔应用于围术期高血压治疗，可以有效、安全地降低血压，不良反应较少，可以使患者的心肌缺血症状得到明显改善，有助于改善心功能。
