品管圈活动在提高门诊药房服务质量中的实践

         

摘要

Objietive:To reduce the number of internal errors in prescription dispensing .Method:The quality control circle(QCC)activity was applied the in the quality management of prescription dispensing to reduce the number of internal errors . The causes and performance of the errors were analyzed. Appropriate counter measures were set and enforced,and the outcome of the activity was evaluated. Result:The QCC activity reduced the number of internal errors in prescription dispensing by up to 43%(66 pieces/week vs. 37.5 pieces/week). Clinical pharmacists were improved in respect of QCC recognition,team cohesiveness,learning initiative,sense of honor,etc.Conclusion:The practice of QCC activity may help reduce the number of internal errors in prescription dispensing,ensure safety and effectiveness of clinical drug use and improve the quality of pharmaceutical care.%目的:提高门诊药学服务质量,降低处方调配内差件数。方法:开展以提高门诊药房处方调配正确率为主题的品管圈活动。分析导致处方调配错误出现的主要原因,制定改进的对策并实施,最后进行效果确认。结果:开展品管圈活动后,门诊药房处方调配差错件数明显降低,由活动前的66件/周降为37.5件/周,下降比例达43%以上;圈员在品管圈工具方法的认识、团队精神、学习积极性、荣誉感等方面都有显著提高。结论:推行品管圈活动降低了门诊西药房处方调配内差件数,促使临床用药更加安全、有效,提高了门诊药学服务品质。
