广西、海南、浙江三省（区）对外开放合作型人才建设对宁夏中阿人才建设的启示及建议

摘要

广西、海南、浙江三省（区）在对外开放合作型人才建设方面逐步形成了一些好做法、好经验,为宁夏中阿人才建设提供了有益启示。宁夏中阿人才建设在中长期需要处理好＂八大关系＂,培养和吸引各类人才,最终为中阿经贸合作和宁夏的跨越发展提供智力支撑。%Guangxi,Hainan and Zhejiang increasingly form some helpful experiences on cooperative talents construction opening to the outside,which provides significant enlightenment for talents construction of Ning-Arab.Thus,we should deal with ＇eight major relations＇ during mid long term,cultivate and attract talents and lastly provide intellectual support for the cooperation of Ning-Arab and Ningxia＇s spanning development.
