MOOC 作为一种大规模开放在线课程具有显著特征，对高等教育国际化发展产生重要影响。高校应把 MOOC 课程纳入到课程建设之中，积极探索融在线学习、混合学习以及翻转课堂于一体的创新型教学模式与在线学习文化构建；注重教学的国际化，制定相应促进政策，引导教师将开放教育资源引入到自己的课堂教学之中；把中外合作建立高水平的实验室、研究生院以培养高层次人才作为未来高等教育国际化的重心；加强课程的国际化建设，开发优质的面向国际的 MOOC 课程。%MOOC, characteristic of massive and open online courses, has a strong influence on the internalization of higher education. Colleges and universities should integrate MOOC into the construction of curriculum, creating an online learning culture with the innovative mode of flipped classroom, online learning and blended learning. Internationalized teaching and stimulative policies are mapped out to encourage teachers to take advantage of open educational resources in classroom teaching, establish high-level Sino-foreign labs and graduate schools to train top talents as the center of higher education internalization, consolidate the internationalized construction of curriculum and develop internationalization-oriented high quality MOOC.
