大学社会服务职能分析

摘要

社会服务是大学发展过程中产生并不断拓展的重要职能。要正确处理好社会服务与人才培养、科学研究职能的关系，社会服务要以人才培养和科学研究为基础，同时要有效促进人才培养和科学研究。大学不能只是被动适应社会、简单服务于社会现实需求，引领社会发展是大学社会服务职能应有之义，特别是在创新引领、文化引领方面，大学要发挥更大作用。%Social service is an important function of university. It emerged from the development of university and has remained ever expanding. We should correctly deal with the relationship between the social service function and teaching, and research functions. The social service function should be based on and effectively promote the personnel cultivating and scientific research function. Universities should not just meet the needs of society passively but should try to lead the development of the society, especially promote the innovation and cultural progress.
