循环载荷作用下联轴器螺栓紧固件的应力状态对联轴器的失效分析具有重要意义.本文采用螺纹精确几何结构建模方法以及商用有限元软件ANSYS对联轴器的螺栓螺纹进行了有限元建模,对螺栓循环载荷作用下的自松弛进行了分析,并进一步分析了循环载荷作用下的螺栓头接触面应力分布及变化情况,通过试验进行对比验证.本文研究揭示了螺栓自松弛的原因及机理,为深入研究联轴器螺纹螺栓的预紧可靠性提供了参考.%The study on the stress status of the bolt fastener in coupling under cyclic loadings is benefit for the analysis of the failure of the coupling .In this paper ,the helical thread in the bolt of coupling is modeled using the finite element method with precise geometry construct and the finite element software ANSYS to analyze the self-loosening of bolt under cyclic loadings .The stress distribution and change of the contact surface of bolt head under cyclic loadings are furture analyzed ,and quantitatively compared with the experimental observations .This paper reveals the mechanism of self-loosening of bolt ,and provides the reference for further research on the pre-tightening reliability of the coupling screw bolt .
