运动干预对4~6岁在园儿童体质健康水平的影响评估——基于一所幼儿园对照试验分析

         

摘要

采用了教学实验法、数理统计法等研究方法, 以镇江市江苏科技大学附属幼儿园的98名儿童为调查和实验对象, 分别进行了不同体育活动内容的教学干预, 以期验证两个实验假设: (1) 周期性、规律性的运动干预可提高儿童的体质健康水平; (2) 周期性、规律性和倾向性的运动干预对促进儿童身体素质发展具有倾向性影响.研究结果:周期性、规律性的运动干预可有效提高儿童体质健康水平, 且对身体素质的影响程度高于对身体形态的影响.不同的体育活动均可促进儿童身体素质发育, 但倾向性不明显.%This study adopted the teaching experiment method, mathematical statistics method and some other research methods. Taking 98 children from the kindergarten affiliated to Jiangsu university of science and technology in Zhenjiang city as the object of investigation and experiment, the teaching intervention of different physical activity contents was conducted respectively to verify the two experimental hypotheses: (1) periodic and regular sports intervention can improve children's physical health level; (2) periodic, regular and tendentious sports intervention has a tendentious effect on promoting children's physical quality development. The results showed that periodic and regular exercise intervention can effectively improve children's physical health, and the effect on physical quality is higher than that on physical form. And it also showed that different physical activities can promote the physical development of children, but the tendency is not obvious.
