负性生活事件对大学生非自杀性自伤行为的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the characteristics of non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)and the effects of negative life events on NSSI among college students.Methods An cross-sectional in-vestigation was conducted to collect the information of 3854 college students by using self-de-signed questionnaire,Ottawa Self-Injury Inventory and adolescent life event scale in a university in Nanchang.EpiData 3.1 was used to establish the database,and the data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 software.Results NSSI behaviors were found in 393(10.2%)of the 3854 college students,and no significant differences were found between different gender and major groups (P>0.05).The scores of negative life events,factors and individual items in NSSI group were significantly higher than those in non-NSSI group(P<0.001).Multivariate logistic regression a-nalysis showed that failure in test or poor grades,disappointed love and academic or graduate re-cord examination pressure were the independent risk factors for NSSI.Conclusion Negative life events have influences on NSSI behaviors.%目的 探讨大学生非自杀性自伤(NSSI)的检出特征及负性生活事件对 NSSI的影响.方法 以南昌某大学为现场实施现况调查,通过自编调查问卷、渥太华自伤量表和青少年生活事件量表收集3854名大学生的信息,使用 EpiData 3.1建立数据库,并采用 SPSS20.0软件进行数据的分析.结果 共393人(10.2%)检出 NSSI,未见性别和专业差异(P>0.05).具有 NSSI者的负性生活事件总分、因子分、各条目分均高于非 NSSI者,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.001);多因素 Logistic回归分析显示,考试失败或成绩不理想、恋爱不顺利或失恋、升学或考研压力是 NSSI的独立危险因素.结论 负性生活事件对非自杀性自伤有一定的影响.
