MCPA6/PEO共混材料的相容性与增韧机理研究

         

摘要

A series of MCPA6/PEO(monomer casting PA6/polyethylene oxide)blends were prepared via in-situ polymerization.The effect of PEO on the mechanical properties of the MCPA6 was investigated and the toughening mechanism was researched.The cotibility between MCPA6 phase and PEO phase was inferred by the chain conformation and solubility parameter,respectively.It was found that the introduction of 3wt% content PEO with middle molecular weight dramatically improved the toughness of MCPA6.By addition of PEO,the fracture surface of the blend became rough,displaying character of tough fracture.The interface between MCPA6 phase and PEO phase was diffused,and the MCPA6 matrix around the PEO particles presented fibrous structure which played a function in stress dispersion as a bridge connection.%采用原位聚合的方法制备了MCPA6/PEO(铸型尼龙6/聚氧化乙烯)共混材料,研究了PEO的分子量及含量对MCPA6机械性能的影响,并对其增韧机理进行探索.从分子链构象和溶解度参数角度推测了MCPA6相与PEO相之间具有较好的相容性.性能测试表明,引入3wt%含量的分子量适中的PEO对MCPA6具有显著增韧作用.共混材料的冲击断面变得粗糙,呈现出韧性断裂特征,且PEO相周围的MCPA6形成发散状纤维结构,起桥联作用,可传递分散应力.
