The overall strategy of comprehensive transportation system will have a long-term impact on the traffic of some region, so it is necessary to have a far-sighted macro-planning and comprehensive weig- hing. The strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the transportation development in Nanchang County are described in great detail, and comprehensive transportation development strategy in Nanchang County in the background of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone was analyzed with SWOT method.
