据报道长期服用口服避孕药与宫颈癌的发生有关.雌、孕激素在HPV感染中,可能协同HPV诱导靶细胞恶变及癌瘤形成.雌激素在HR-HPV感染的细胞增殖的早期起作用.但是另有报道孕激素可能对宫颈癌起抑制作用.%The development of cervical carcinoma is related to long-term taking oral contraceptives.Estrogen and progesterone play joint action on the humna papillomavirurus infection.Maybe collaborate HPV and induced target cells carcinogenesis.Estrogen may play a role on the early HR-HPV infection.But progesterone may inhibit the development of cervical cancer.
