Fc gamma receptors(FCGR)are mainly on human white blood cells,and play an important role on ADCC. The response to monoclonal antibodies is correlated with FCGR polymor-phisms,among which FCGR2A(H131R)and FCGR3A(V158F)are main genotypes. This review will discuss exam-ines the current evidence for FCGR polymorphisms to predict the response to monoclonal antibodies in patients with cancer.
