FCGR 多态性对单克隆抗体抗肿瘤治疗的疗效预测价值

抗体依赖细胞介导的细胞毒作用（ADCC）是单克隆抗体如西妥昔单抗，利妥昔单抗，曲妥珠单抗发挥抗肿瘤作用的主要机制。FCG 受体（FCGR）主要在人白细胞上，在 ADCC 中发挥重要作用。单克隆抗体的疗效与 FCGR 多态性密切相关，其中 FCGR2A（H131R）和 FCGR3A（V158F）是主要的基因型。这篇文章对 FCGR 多态性对单克隆抗体在肿瘤患者中的疗效预测价值做一综述。%Antibody - dependent cellular cytotoxicity(ADCC)is a major mechanism of action of monoclonal anti-bodies such as cetuximab,rituximab and trastuzumab. Fc gamma receptors(FCGR)are mainly on human white blood cells,and play an important role on ADCC. The response to monoclonal antibodies is correlated with FCGR polymor-phisms,among which FCGR2A(H131R)and FCGR3A(V158F)are main genotypes. This review will discuss exam-ines the current evidence for FCGR polymorphisms to predict the response to monoclonal antibodies in patients with cancer.
