异体输血对食管癌患者术后免疫功能的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of allogeneic blood transfusion on postoperative immune function for patients with esophageal carcinoma. Methods:A total of 78 patients undergoing esophagectomy were enrolled in our study. All cases were divided into transfusion group(n = 36)and non - transfusion group(n = 42). The level of CD3 + ,CD4 + ,CD8 + ,IL - 2,IL - 6 and IL - 10 were measured before operation,on 1st ,3rd and 7th days after surgery. Results:The postoperative immune function index were significantly lower in transfusion group than those non - trans-fusion group(P < 0. 05). And the immunosuppression lasted longer in transfusion group than those non - transfusion group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Allogeneic blood transfusion could lead to the immunosuppression for the patients with esophageal carcinoma after surgery.%目的：探讨术中异体输血对食管癌患者术后免疫功能的影响。方法：78例食管癌手术患者，分为输血组（36例）和未输血组（42例）。检测两组术前、术后第1、3、7天 CD3+、CD4+、CD8+细胞活性及 IL -2、IL -6、IL -10水平，分析其变化规律。结果：输血组患者术后各免疫学指标较未输血组受抑制更明显（P＜0.05），持续时间更长（P ＜0.05）。结论：异体输血对食管癌患者术后免疫功能产生抑制效应，提示应尽可能避免输血。
