新疆地区汉族、维吾尔族晚期非小细胞肺癌患者血清中CA125表达的差异性

摘要

Objective:To investigate the difference of the expression of CA125 in serum between the Uygur and Han population of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods:There were 101 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer in the Peopleˊs Hospital of Autonomous Region in recent 5 years. Among them,there were 50 cases of Uygur and 51 cases of Han patients. We detected the CA125 of serum by chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay, then compared with 50 healthy Han people and 50 healthy Uygur people. Results:The difference of CA125 was statis-tically significant between the Han healthy group and the group of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(p﹤0. 05). Neither did the difference of CA125 the Uygur healthy group and the group of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (p﹤0. 05). The differences of CA125 failed to reach statistical significance between the Uygur people and Han peo-ple of stageⅢ,Ⅳnon-small cell lung cancer(p﹥0. 05). The difference of CA125 failed to reach statistical signifi-cance between the Uygur people and Han people in the group of advanced lung squamouse-cell cancer(p﹥0. 05). Conclusion:The difference of the expression of CA125 reached statistical significance for the Han people and the ad-vanced non-small cell lung cancer patients. There was no difference of the expression CA125 between the Uygur peo-ple and Han people in stageⅢandⅣnon-small cell lung cancer. There was no difference of the CA125 expression between the Uygur people and Han people of advanced lung squamouse-cell cancer and the advanced lung non-squamouse-cell cancer.%目的：通过对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者血清中CA125的监测，探讨在维吾尔族、汉族晚期非小细胞肺癌患者之间其表达是否有差异性。方法：新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院2010年5月-2012年12月确诊的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者101例，其中维吾尔族50例，汉族51例，采用全自动免疫化学发光仪检测血清CA125的水平，与我院体检中心体检合格的汉族及维吾尔族健康者各50例进行比较。结果：汉族、维吾尔族健康组CA125与同民族晚期非小细胞肺癌组CA125结果比较，差异有统计学意义（ p﹤0.05）。汉族Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌组CA125与维吾尔族同期别非小细胞肺癌组CA125结果比较，差异无统计学意义（ p﹥0.05）。汉族与维吾尔族晚期肺鳞癌组、肺非鳞癌组CA125结果比较，差异无统计学意义（ p﹥0.05）。结论：CA125在汉族、维吾尔族健康人群与同民族晚期非小细胞肺癌患者血清中的表达有差异。CA125在汉族与维吾尔族Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌及肺鳞癌、肺非鳞癌患者血清中的表达无差异。
