1例肝外胆管肉瘤样癌报告及肉瘤样癌治疗现状

摘要

回顾1例肝外胆管肉瘤样癌病人的诊疗过程,并对肉瘤样癌的组织病理学特点及各组织肉瘤样癌报道等进行文献回顾.由于肝外胆道肉瘤样癌术前难与普通胆管癌鉴别,一般在术中病理偶然发现,所以还需探索新的诊断以及治疗方法.%The diagnosis and treating process of a patient with sarcomatoid carcinoma of extrahepatic bile duct was retrospected,involving literature review of the histopathologic characteristic and cases from kinds of tissues.Histologically,sarcomatoid carcinoma is usually composed of epithelium and sarcomatoid tissue which is the major ingredient.Morbidity of sarcomatoid carcinoma is very low,with the characteristic of the difficulties in early diagnosis and operation is looked as primary treatment,however,the prognosis is poor.Sarcomatoid carcinoma of extrahepatic bile duct is hard to distinguish with general cholangiocarcinoma,often discovered from intraoperative diagnosis occasionally.We still should find new methods of diagnosis and treatment.
