树突状细胞肿瘤免疫基础及临床研究进展

         

摘要

树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DCs)是目前已知的功能最强的专职抗原提呈细胞(antigen presen-ting cells,APCs),其功能主要是能诱导肿瘤免疫耐受和抗肿瘤免疫.肿瘤的发生发展与机体免疫密切相关,肿瘤微环境中存在大量的免疫抑制性因子,可抑制DC免疫功能;而通过调节微环境中的免疫因子可增强DC抗肿瘤效应,逐渐优化DC免疫治疗.同时,放射治疗杀伤照射野内的肿瘤细胞,也能激活机体免疫系统,诱导细胞因子的表达和树突状细胞的功能变化,两者之间存在复杂的作用关系.本文针对树突状细胞免疫功能及其治疗作一综述.%Dendritic cells(dendritic cells,DCs)is the function of the strongest known full-time antigen presenting cells(antigen presenting cells,APCs),inducing immune tolerance and antitumor immunity and the development of tumor is closely related to the immunological functions.The tumor microenvironment in the presence of large amounts of immune inhibitory factor can restrain DC immune function.By adjusting immune micro environment factors can en-hance DC anti-tumor effect,so as to promote DC immunotherapy.At the same time,Radiation therapy to kill tumor cells within the radiation field,also can activate the immunological functions,induced the expression of cytokines and the function of dendritic cells.Radiation can induce the expression of cytokines and the changes of the function of DCs,and the role relationship between complex.This paper summarizes the dendritic cell immune function and its treatment.
