目的：探讨品管圈（QCC）对提高医护一体化查房执行率的有效性。方法在实施QCC活动前的2015年4月随机选取370次查房作为对照组，均采取常规方法管理医护一体化查房；另在实施QCC活动后的2015年9月随机选取379次查房作为观察组，均运用QCC管理医护一体化查房。比较QCC活动前后医护一体化查房的执行率。结果医护一体化查房的执行率由QCC活动前的23.8%上升到活动后的84.7%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 QCC活动能够提高医护一体化查房的执行率，提升护士专业水平。%Objective To explore the effectiveness of the quality control circle (QCC) in improving the implementation rate of the doctor-nurse integrated ward round. Methods Totally 370 times of ward-rounds in April 2015 were randomly extract-ed as the control group. The conventional method was adopted to manage the doctor-nurse integrated ward round before imple-menting QCC activities;the other 379 times of ward-round in September 2015 were randomly selected as the observation group. The doctor-nurse integrated ward round was performed by using the QCC management. The implementation rates of doctor-nurse integrated ward round were compared between before and after conducting the QCC activities. Results The implementation rate of doctor-nurse integrated ward round was increased from 23.8%before the QCC activities to 84.7%after the QCC activities ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The QCC activities could improve the implementation rate of doctor-nurse integrated ward round and increases the professional level of nurses.
