细菌产生的挥发性物质及其生物学功能

摘要

细菌产生的挥发性物质种类繁多,成分复杂,是寻找具有特殊生物学功能的天然化合物的一个重要来源.近些年,越来越多的研究人员关注细菌产生的挥发性物质及其生物学功能.概述了细菌产生的挥发性物质的种类以及分析鉴定挥发性物质成分的方法；着重评述了细菌产生的挥发性物质对真菌、细菌、动物和植物生长和代谢的影响,并对细菌产生的挥发性物质未来的主要研究方向进行了展望.%Bacteria produce a great variety of volatiles with complicated component, and they turned out to be an important source of new natural compounds possessing special biological functions. Recently, more and more researchers notice bacterial volatiles and their biological functions. This review summarizes the variety of presently known volatile substances and methods to analyze and identify the components of volatile substances produced by bacteria, stressing the appraisement of their effects on the growth and metabolism of fungi, bacteria, animals, and plants. Prospects of main research direction of the bacterial volatile substances in the future were forecasted.
