抑郁症患者家属的心理健康状况及社会支持和应对方式的研究

摘要

Objective :The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between social support ,coping styles and the mental health level of depressed patients’members .Methods :122 depressed patients’ members are surveyed by the psychological test which includes SCL‐90 ,the Copying Style Scale and the Social Support Scale .And it is to analyze the results by using t test ,correlation analysis and multivariate stepwise regression method .Results :The mental health lev‐el ,the social support and the copying style of depressed patients ’ family members is significantly lower than the nation‐al norm .It is the positively correlated between the mental health level ,positive coping styles and social support ,and It is the negatively correlated between the mental health level ,negative coping styles ,and lack of social support ( P <0.05) .Subjective support ,negative coping ,positive coping and support for use come into being the regression model . Conclusion :We should pay attention to the psychological health problems of depressed patients ’ members ,and give positive guidance of social support and coping styles to improve the mental health .%目的：了解抑郁症患者家属社会支持和应对方式的特点与心理健康水平的关系。方法：用症状自评量表、社会支持量表和简易应对方式问卷对某医院的122名抑郁症患者家属进行测查，用 t 检验、相关和多元逐步回归方法进行分析。结果：抑郁症患者家属心理健康水平、社会支持和应对方式显著劣于全国常模，心理健康水平与积极应对方式、社会支持呈正相关，消极的应对方式和欠缺的社会支持与心理健康水平呈负相关（P ＜0．05），主观支持、消极应对、积极应对和支持利用度均进入回归模型。结论：应该注重抑郁症患者家属心理健康问题，同时予以积极的社会支持和应对方式指导，以提高整体的心理健康水平。
