肺癌血清蛋白质双向电泳图谱的建立

摘要

目的：建立肺癌血清蛋白质双向凝胶电泳（2-DE）图谱。方法：对肺癌血清蛋白质2-DE的IPG胶条选择、上样量、聚焦参数、样品缓冲液、沉淀处理等各方面进行调整、优化。结果：获得了稳定的肺癌血清蛋白质2-DE图谱。结论：已建立的肺癌血清蛋白质2-DE图谱，可以为进一步开展肺癌的血清蛋白质组学研究奠定基础。%Objective :To establish the map of serum proteins for lung cancer by two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel e-lectrophoresis(2-DE) .Methods :Various conditions of serum proteins 2-DE ,such as choice of IPG strips ,quantity of loading proteins ,parameters of IEF ,buffer of proteins ,precipitation of samples ,were adjusted and optimized .Results:A steady 2-DE map of serum proteins for lung cancer was established .Conclusion:Our established 2-DE map of serum proteins for lung cancer can be effectively applied in serum proteomics of lung cancer .
