体位及手法复位联合PVP治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的探讨

摘要

Objective :To investigate the therapeutic effect of the operative position and manual reduction combined with vertebral plasty in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures .Methods :From December 2010 to De‐cember 2012 ,43 cases with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were performed by operative position and man‐ual reduction with vertebral plasty to resume ,the preoperative and postoperative date of the vertebral heights ,Cobb an‐gle and VAS scores were analyzed .Results:The patients ,showed favorable improvement after the surgery and reduc‐tion of pain was observed Followed up ,VAS scores ,vertebral heights and Cobb angle was significant difference com‐pared with pre‐operation (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of the operative position and manual reduction combined with PVP was safe ,effective and cheap .%目的：探讨体位及手法复位联合PV P治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的效果。方法：2010年12月－2012年12月对43例骨质疏松性压缩骨折利用体位及手法复位后，使伤椎高度基本恢复，再行PV P治疗，对手术前、后疼痛程度及伤椎的椎体前缘高度、Cobb角的改善进行统计分析。结果：43例患者手术均成功，术后疼痛明显减轻，经随访发现患者术后VAS、椎体前缘高度、Cobb角与术前的差异有统计学意义。结论：体位及手法复位联合PVP治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折能恢复伤椎的有效高度，是安全、有效、经济实用的手术方法。
