目的：分析合山市非结核病防治机构（简称“非结防机构”）报告疑似肺结核患者到位情况，探索提高非结防机构报告疑似肺结核患者总体到位率的方法。方法：利用结核病管理信息系统中合山市2009－2013年非结防机构网络报告肺结核转诊、追踪及核查报表，对1320例需转诊患者的转诊到位率、追踪到位率、总体到位率、到位后诊断情况进行分析。结果：合山市2009－2013年非结防机构网络报告肺结核患者转诊到位率分别为66．52％、65．10％、46.47％、52．46％、56．84％；追踪到位率分别为：89．86％、94．81％、95．76％、96．83％、94．96％；总体到位率分别为：96．92％、98．43％、98．14％、98．59％、97．89％；非结防机构对活动性肺结核患者发现的贡献率为59．54％，对涂阳肺结核患者发现的贡献率为56．19％。结论：应继续加强结防机构和非结防机构的合作，加强县、乡、村三级结防网建设，完善非结防机构报告、转诊机制，提高肺结核患者的发现水平。%Objective:Analysis of tuberculosis prevention and control institutions non Heshan city (hereinafter referred to as“non TB institutions”) report suspected TB patients in place ,in order to explore ways to improve non TB institu‐tions in general report suspected pulmonary tuberculosis patients in place rate .Methods:Using the Heshan City tuber‐culosis management information system in 2009-2013 network of non TB institutions reported pulmonary tuberculosis referral and tracking and verification report on 1 320 patients ,referral referred patients in rates ,tracing rate ,the over‐all arrival rate ,in place after the diagnosis analysis .Results:The Heshan city 2009 -2013 network of non TB institu‐tions reported pulmonary tuberculosis patients with proper referral rates were 66 .52% ,65 .10% ,46 .47% ,52.46% , 56 .84% ;tracing rate were 89 .86% ,94 .81% ,95 .76% ,96 .83% ,94 .96% ;the overall arrival rates were:96.92% , 98.43% ,98 .14% ,98 .59% ,97 .89% ;non knot anti bodies found in patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis contri‐bution rate of 59 .54% ,to the discovery of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients in the contribution rate of 56.19% .Conclusion:We should continue to strengthen TB institutions and non TB institutions of cooperation , strengthen the county ,township and village three level TB network construction ,improve the non TB institutions re‐porting ,referral mechanism ,improve the level of pulmonary tuberculosis patients found .
