腹腔镜手术联合GnRH-a治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症的临床研究

摘要

目的：分析腹腔镜手术联合GnRH‐a治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症的医学效果。方法：选取50例2012年1月－2013年6月来我院进行治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症的患者，按照随机数字表的方法，将其随机分成对照组与治疗组，每组25例。对照组的患者进行腹腔镜手术，治疗组的患者使用腹腔镜手术联合GnRH‐a的方法，将两组患者的术后效果以及术后妊娠率进行详细的对比分析。结果：经过治疗后发现，治疗组患者的显效率以及总有效率依次为60％、88％，对照组患者的显效率以及总有效率依次40％、60％，两组患者差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；经过治疗后，治疗组患者治疗后的妊娠率为83％，对照组患者治疗后的妊娠率为60％，两组患者差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：腹腔镜手术联合GnRH‐a对于治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症具有良好的医学疗效，可以显著的改善患者的临床症状，同时还能够提升患者的术后妊娠率，可以在临床实践中大力推广。%Objective:To analyze the laparoscopic surgery combined GnRH‐a medical effect for the treatment of ovari‐an endometriosis .Methods:Select 50 cases in January 2012 to June 2013 to the hospital for treatment of ovarian endo‐metriosis patients ,according to random number table method ,will be randomly divided into control group and treat‐ment group ,each group of 25 patients .Control group of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery ,the treatment group of patients with laparoscopic surgery combined GnRH‐a method ,the two groups of patients with postoperative preg‐nancy rate and postoperative effect of a detailed comparative analysis .Results:After treatment ,the treatment group of patients with show efficiency and total effective rate was 60% ,88% ,control group patients show efficiency and total ef‐fective rate was 40% ,60% ,two groups of patients have significant difference ,statistically significant (P<0 .05);after treatment ,the treatment group after treatment in patients with pregnancy rate was 83% ,the control group after treat‐ment in patients with pregnancy rate was 60% ,two groups of patients have significant difference ,statistically signifi‐cant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Joint GnRH‐a laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of ovarian endometriosis uterine good medicine curative effect ,can significantly improve the patient’s clinical symptoms ,but also can improve the patient’s postoperative pregnancy rate ,can be popularized in clinical practice .
