广州市20~59岁非体力劳动者体重指数与体脂百分比的相关性分析研究

         

摘要

Objective To study the status and characteristics of physical fitness of Guangzhou population and provide a scientific basis for the diagnosis and prevention for obesity adults. Methods Physical fitness indexes of 4131 non - manual employees aged 20 -59 inGuangzhou were analyzed by gradual chester random sampling. Body fat was detected by bio - electrical impedance method. Obesity rates were calculated by hody mass index ( BMI) and body fat percentage ( PBF) . The correlation between BMI and PBF was analyzed. Results There were significant differences in obssity rates between men and women,and men's were significantly higher than women's. Obesity rate determined by PBF and BMI showed a moderate carrelation, with male's K values ≤ 0. 5, female's K value >0.5. The consistency of female was obviously than that of male. For the determination of body fat level of non - manual employees aged 20 - 59 in by BMI point , female had better sensitivity and specificity , but specificity in male was not obviously. Thus when screening in a wide range of population,female can use it for preliminary determination obesity, and male can not rely solely on BMI but need to combine two indicators.Conclusion Applying the point of BMI to determine the body fat levels of non - manual female in Cuangzhou has good specificity and sensitivity. The two standards of BMI and PBF to determine obesity have good consistency for the development of appropriate evaluation criteria for obesity in Chinese adults.%目的 分析判断广州市非体力劳动人群体质指标的体质现状和特征,为成人人群肥胖的诊断和预防提供科学依据.方法 采用逐级整群随机抽样法对4131例广州市20~59岁非体力劳动人群进行体质指标检测,用生物电阻抗法测定体脂,以BMI、PBF两种方法判断标准计算肥胖率,分析体重指数(BMI)与体脂百分比(PBF)的相关性.结果 以PBF和BMI水平判断的肥胖率均呈中等程度相关,男性、女性肥胖率有明显差异,男性显著高于女性,男性K≤0.5,女性K>0.5,女性一致性优于男性;以BMI切点对于确定广州市20~59岁非体力劳动者体脂水平女性具有较好的灵敏性和特异性,但男性特异性较差,因此大范围普测时女性可以用BMI初步判定肥胖,但男性不能单靠BMI,需要两种指标结合判断.结论 应用BMI切点确定广州市20~59岁非体力劳动人群体脂水平对于女性具有较好的灵敏性和特异性,两种判断肥胖的标准女性一致性较强,对于制定适合我国成年人肥胖的评价标准有一定意义.
