目的 利用组织块悬液法建立兔VX2食管移植瘤模型,观察其肿瘤的成功率,生长情况及转移情况,为研究食管癌提供一个更好的研究方法.方法 将VX2肿瘤制作成组织块悬液,直接注射至兔食管黏膜下层,每周进行B超检测,观察肿瘤的生长情况,并结合大体解剖及病理学检查,评价其生物学特性.结果 14只实验兔,成瘤率100%,其中1只死于并发症(术后感染),1只食管穿孔,余皆正常成瘤,其成瘤时间约为5~9天左右,14天后可出现吞咽困难,B超示食管内见一低回声结节(紧贴食管后壁),3周后实验兔明显消瘦,进食困难,中位生存时间约为20天.结论 该方法可成功制成兔VX2食管肿瘤模型,生长稳定,难度较易.%Objective To create rabbit esophageal carcinoma,model by implanting miced toumor fragments,thus to better study its biological characteristics design.Methods Miced toumor fragments were allowed to be implanted into esophagal between mucosa and muscularis,every week,B ultrasonic were used to identify imaging futures of this tumor model.Also gross anatomy and histopathology examination were performed to evaluate the behavior of the tumor.Results Of all 14 donor rabbits,one died of surgical complication and another died of esophageal perforation,and the rest were all successfully operated.The tumor formed in esophageus from 5 to 10 days two weeks later.The symptom of dysphagia apperaed and B ultrasonic suggested a hypoechoic nodules in the esophageus.Three weeks later,the median time of rabbits was 20 days.Conclusion Creation of rabbit esophageal carcinoma model using VX2 tumor fragment was successful established.
