超声引导下穿刺冲洗联合中药治疗乳腺脓肿的应用价值

摘要

Objective To explore the effects of combined puncture and traditional Chinese medicine for treating breast abscess guided by ultrasound .Methods From July 2014 to September 2015 , 49 breast abscess patients were treated by combined punc-ture and traditional Chinese medicine guided by ultrasound , and the clinical data was retrospectively analyzed .Results 19 pa-tients were cured after the first treatment , and 24 patients were cured after the second treatment .Five cases were recovered after the third therapy and one case was recovered after the fourth therapy .Conclusion The combined treatment causes minor damage and shorter time of operation , so it would be applied in further clinical study for those patients .%目的：探讨超声引导下穿刺冲洗联合中药治疗在乳腺脓肿治疗中的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的49例哺乳期乳腺脓肿患者，行超声引导下穿刺抽吸脓液并生理盐水冲洗，同时配合口服中药及药汁湿沙布包裹外敷治疗。结果所有患者中19例经1次治疗后治愈，24例经2次治疗后治愈，5例经3次治疗后治愈，1例经4次治疗后治愈，治愈率100％。结论超声引导下穿刺冲洗联合中药治疗乳腺脓肿具有定位准确、创伤小、治疗时间短，患者易接受且无需停止哺乳等许多优点。
