目的:分析中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果.方法:选择某院在2015年1月～2017年1月收治的复发性口腔溃疡患者104例作为此次研究对象, 以随机原则为分组标准分为两组, 每组各52例, 对照组采用西医治疗, 试验组采用中西医结合治疗, 比较两组临床效果.结果:对照组总有效40例 (76.92％) , 与试验组总有效49例 (94.23％) 比较差异显著, 具有统计学意义 (P<0.05).对比两组平均愈合时间与复发时间, 对照组平均愈合时间 (8.04±1.21) 天、复发时间 (4.02±1.02) 月, 与试验组平均愈合时间 (4.95±1.03) 天、复发时间 (10.78±0.46) 月相比差异显著, 具有统计学意义 (P<0.05).结论:中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床疗效良好, 溃疡愈合快, 复发时间变长, 值得临床推广.%Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of combination of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods: A total of 104 patients with recurrent oral ulcers admitted in a hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the subjects of this study and divided them into two groups according to randomized principle, with 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Western medicine, and the experimental group was treated with combination of Chinese and Western medicine. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: There were significant differences (P<0.05) between the total effective 40 cases (76.92％) in the control group and the total effective 49 cases (94.23％) in the experimental group. The average healing time and recurrence time of the two groups were compared. The average healing time was (8.04±1.21) days in the control group, the recurrent time was (4.02±1.02) months in the control group and (4.95±1.03) days in the experimental group, and the recurrent time was (10.78±0.46) months, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has good clinical curative effect on recurrent oral ulcers. The ulcers heal quickly and have a longer recurrence time. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
