社区老年高血压患者综合治疗效果探讨

摘要

Objective:To observe the comprehensive treatment method for the treatment of senile hyper-tension patients in community.Methods:Choose 72 cases of senile hypertension patients in community as the research object,who were divided into two groups namely the observation group and control group.The con-trol group of 36 cases of senile hypertension patients were treated with the method of general treatment of high blood pressure,while the observation group of patients were treated with comprehensive treatment.Re-sults:Blood pressure recovery effect of the observation group is significantly higher than that of the control group;the total effective rate of observation group 86.1 1% was significantly higher than that of the control group 72.22%(P <0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive treatment has good effect in the treatment of senile hy-pertension patients in community ,which has very good reference value in the clinical medicine.%目的：：综合治疗方法对社区老年高血压患者的治疗效果。方法：选择2013年1月~2015年9月某社区的72例老年高血压患者为研究对象，将患者分为两组即观察组与对照组。其中对照组中的36例老年高血压患者采用一般治疗高血压的方法进行治疗，而对观察组患者则采用综合治疗的方法进行治疗。结果：通过观察组患者采用综合治疗后，血压恢复效果明显高于对照组中采用一般方法治疗的效果；观察组总的治疗有效率为86.11%，明显高于对照组总有效治疗率为72.22%(P <0.05)，差异具有统计学意义。结论：通过对社区老年高血压患者采取综合治疗的治疗方式，患者的病症得到了很好的治疗，在临床医学上具有很好的参考价值。
