目的::了解宜昌市精神科护士工作倦怠现状,结合国内外最好的证据,提出合理的改进建议。方法:采用工作倦怠感量表对宜昌市精神科护士进行调查;随机抽取部分护士,采用宜昌市精神科护士征求意见表征求意见和建议。结果:宜昌市精神科护士职业倦怠感明显,中重度职业倦怠感占70.7%,影响精神科护士职业倦怠感的因素有性别、婚姻状况、独生情况、用工形式、倒班、心理咨询证等因素,80%的被调查护士希望改善社会地位,提高工资待遇。结论:宜昌市精神科护士职业倦怠感明显,应积极采取有效的措施进行干预。%Objective:To understand the current situation of job burnout of nurses in psychiatry depart-ment in Yichang and make the reasonable suggestions combining with the best evidence both in China and a-broad.Methods:To investigate the nurses in psychiatry department in Yichang with job burnout scale.In ad-dition,part of the nurses were randomly selected to collect their opinion and suggestions.Results:The nur-ses with moderate and severe job burnout are accounted for 70.7%.The associated factors include gender, marital status,the only child situation,the form of labor,shift work,psychological consultation,etc.80%of the surveyed nurses wish to improve their social status and wages.Conclusion:The job burnout of nurses in psychiatry department in Yichang is obvious and the effective measures should be taken to improve status of burnout.
