液晶环氧/双马来酰亚胺共聚物的研究

摘要

It is a new way for toughtening by thermotropic liquid crystal polymer. The copolymers based on liquid crystalline epoxy PHBHQ and prepolymers of BMI and 4,4＇－diaminodiphenyl biphenol A(DDBA) have been prepared. The copolymer structure is characterized by FTIR and SEM. The results show that the toughtening effect is the best when the BMI/DDBA ratio is equal to 1:1.5.%聚合物进行增韧是一种新方法。本文采用液晶环氧PHBHQ与BMI和4，4＇一二氨基二苯基双酚A(DDBA)的预聚体合成共聚物，并用FTIR，SEM表征了共聚物的结构。结果表明，当BMI：DDBA=1：1.5时，PHBHQ的增韧效果最佳，且共聚物的综合性能也较好。
