用真空中频感应炉熔炼得到Fe76.6-xNi19.2Mo4.2Bx(x=0,0.03,0.1,0.2)合金铸锭,经过多道轧制后直接得到半硬磁合金薄带.采用X射线衍射仪、金相显微镜及特斯拉计等研究了B含量对FeNiMoB合金薄带的显微结构和磁性能的影响.结果表明,随B含量的提高,FeNiMoB合金薄带表面磁通密度(SMFS)先增大后减小.添加适量的B可以细化合金薄带的晶粒,改善显微结构,提高合金薄带磁性能.当B含量为0.1%时,FeNiMoB合金薄带具有较好表面磁通密度,SMFS达到7mT.%Ingots of Fe76.6-xNi19.2Mo4.2Bx(x=0,0.03,0.1,0.2) alloy were prepared by vacuum melting, and semi-hard magnetic alloy ribbons were obtained by subsquent rolling. Effect of boron content on the microstructure and magnetic properties of both ingots and robbins were investigated by XRD, SEM and Telsameter. The results showed that with increasing boron content, SMFS of the FeNiMoB alloy ribbon increases first, and then decrease. Appropriate boron content results in grain refining, microstructure improvement, and consequently enhancement of magnetic properties. When the boron content is 0.1 wt%, the remanence, SMFS of FeNiMoB alloy ribbon could reach the optimum value of 7mT.
