Metglas/PZT磁电叠层结构的输出倍频现象及直流场的影响

         

摘要

磁电复合材料在磁场(电场)激励下表现出的一些新颖的物理特性越来越引起人们的关注。采用粘接法制备了纵向极化、横向磁化的L-T型Metglas/PZT叠层结构,在该结构中发现了一种输出信号倍频现象,即当输入信号的频率为器件机械共振频率的1 时,输出频率为输入的 n 倍。这种倍频现象源于磁电叠层结构中磁性材料磁致伸缩的非线性行为和器件共振特性的共同作用。由于器件共振的影响,当输入频率为器件共振频率的1/2时,磁电系数的直流场依赖曲线表现出明显的双峰现象。%Some novel properties of magnetoelectric composite materials in excitation of magnetic (electric) field attract much interest of physicist and materials scientist. In this paper we fabricated longitudinally magnetized and transversely poled Metglas/PZT laminated composites by bonding. In this structure, we found an output frequency multiplying phenomenon, which is to say that when the input frequency is around 1 of the mechanical resonance frequency of the device, the output frequency is n times of input. This behavior results from combined effect of nonlinear character of the magnetostriction of magnetic materials in composite structure and the mechanical resonance in device. Due to the influence of resonance of the device, when input frequency is 1/2 of device resonance frequency, the curve of magnetoelectricity coefficient versus DC bias field shows an obvious bimodal behavior.
