串联并列增强型轨道炮电磁特性分析

         

摘要

介绍了串联并列增强型轨道炮基本结构与原理,采用有限元分析方法,仿真分析了轨道内电流分布、炮膛磁感应强度、电感梯度值在50Hz半周期正弦电流激励下的特点.结果表明,串联并列增强型轨道炮在幅值为200kA的50Hz半周期正弦波电流作用下,轨道不同位置电流出现幅值和相位上的差异,出现的电流密度最大值为763MA/m2,轨道边缘电流相位超前于轨道中心位置处;5ms时刻磁感应强度最大值为7.004T,磁感应强度呈中心对称分布;5ms时刻电感梯度值为7.48μH/m,此时可产生电磁发射力为150kN.分析认为串联并列增强型轨道炮具备良好的电磁发射特性,本研究为该轨道炮的设计提供了依据,对实用化轨道炮技术研究具有一定的参考价值.%The basic structure and principles of serial-stacked enhanced railguns are introduced. The rail current density distribution, bore magnetic flux density and gradient inductance under a sine current signal are simulated and analyzed with finite element method. It is concluded that for a certain excitation sine current with amplitude of 200kA and frequency of 50Hz, the biggest current density is 763MA/m2, the phase on the edge is more advanced than that in the center of rails. At 5ms, the biggest magnetic density is 7.004T, and the magnetic density is distributed with center symmetry. The inductance gradient is 7.48μH/m at 5ms, and the launch force at this time is 150kN. It is concluded that the serial-stacked enhanced railguns have good performance in electromagnetic launch. The paper lays a foundation for the design of this type of railguns, which has a certain reference value to the practical railguns technology research.
