By tuning the content of P and Cu element and introducing Nb element in the FeBPCu system, Fe85B8.3Cu0.7P5Nb1amorphous alloy strip with high iron content was prepared. The amorphous forming ability, thermal stability, magnetic properties of the FeBPCu alloys were studied by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and soft magnetic DC tester. The results show that the optimized content of P and Cu element is about 5 at% and 0.7 at%, respectively; the addition of 1 at% Nb improves the amorphous forming ability and expands the heat treatment interval of alloy; after isothermally annealed at 440 ℃ for 10 min, the Fe85B8.3Cu0.7P5Nb1amorphous alloy was obtained with high saturation magnetization of about 208.6 emu/g and lower coercivity of about 22.4 A/m.%在 FeBPCu 系合金中通过改变 P、Cu 的含量以及添加 Nb 元素的方法,制得了高铁含量的Fe85B8.3Cu0.7P5Nb1非晶合金带材.利用 X射线衍射仪(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)以及软磁直流测试仪研究了FeBPCu系合金非晶形成能力、热稳定性、热处理前后磁性能的变化,得到了最佳的P、Cu含量以及Nb对该系列合金的的影响.结果表明,该系列合金的P、Cu含量分别在5.0、0.7最为合适;添加1 at% 的Nb提高了合金的非晶形成能力,并扩大了合金的热处理区间;Fe85B8.3Cu0.7P5Nb1合金带材在440℃保温10 min热处理后获得了208.6 emu/g较高饱和磁化强度,矫顽力也只有22.4 A/m.
