质量管理实践对创新绩效影响的实证研究--技术战略导向的调节效应

摘要

Do quality management practices foster or hinder innovation? Currently,the research findings are still differences.Based on related literatures review,this research proposes the theoretical model and hypothesis under Chinese context,then the authors empirical analysis the impact of local quality management practices on innovation performance through the investigation of 383 questionnaires from nine provinces and cities.On this basis,this study also explores the moderating effects of situational variables on the relationship between quality management practices and innovation performance.The results show that both quality management infrastructure practices and core practices have positive effect on innovation performance,and technologyGoriented strategy moderates the relationship between infrastructure practices and product &process innovation performance,also moderates the relationship between core practices and process innovation performance,but the moderating effects of core practices and product innovation performance is not significant.%质量管理实践是促进还是抑制创新绩效，迄今学界研究仍存在较大分歧。本文立足于中国本土情境，在梳理相关文献的基础上，构建了研究概念模型并提出相应假设，通过9个省(市)不同行业383份调查问卷，实证分析了本土企业质量管理实践对创新绩效的影响，并探究了情境变量对上述关系的调节作用。研究结果表明：质量管理基础实践、核心实践对创新绩效具有显著的促进作用，并且技术战略导向对基础实践与产品创新绩效和过程创新绩效关系起正向调节作用，对核心实践与过程创新绩效也起正向调节作用，但对核心实践与产品创新绩效的调节效应并不显著。
