建构主义视域下的亚洲核问题

摘要

Nuclear issue has long been a big problem in the international community. Since the cold war, Iran nuclear issue, the North Korean nuclear issue, and India-Pakistan nuclear tests broke out without cessation. From the angle of Construction Principle of international political theory, this article attempts to analyze the four causes of nuclear-related issues in Asia: political culture from Asia, regional security communication channel, the existing nuclear non-proliferation system, double standards from the United States on the nuclear issue.%核问题长期以来一直是困扰国际社会的一大难题。冷战以来，在亚洲，伊朗核问题、朝鲜核问题、印巴核试验纷扰不断。借助国际政治理论中的建构主义理论，从亚洲政治文化心理、区域安全沟通机制、现有核不扩散体制、美国在核问题上的双重标准四个方面可以很好地解读亚洲核问题频发的成因。要真正解决核问题，唯有从根本上改善地区的安全环境，促进不同民族间的对话和解，构筑地区危机预警机制和安全对话机制，才可能驱散核武扩散的阴霾，实现持久和平。
