磁性微球的制备及其在分离纯化生物大分子中的应用

Magnetic microspheres are a new functional material because its unique advantages are widely used in the field of environmental engineering,biomedical engineering,biochemical isolation and cell biology.However,the present research status and the development trend of magnetic microspheres indicate that how to develop magnetic microspheres with uniform particle size,good suspension stability,and strong magnetic response and variety active functional groups is one of the future research focuses.%磁性微球是一种新型的功能化材料,因其独特的优点被广泛地应用在环境工程、生物医学工程、生化分离和细胞生物学等诸多领域.而磁性微球的研究现状以及未来的发展趋势表明,如何开发出粒度比较均匀、悬浮稳定性好、磁响应性强和表面富含多种活性功能基团的磁性微球将是今后该领域的一个研究重点.
